What is the ticket fee? Basically this is the price we all pay to play. It assumes that all who attend bring something of themselves that contributes to the whole. That essential thing is as unique as the individual. But together it makes us whole. And it creates the kind of time that is worth having. If we all pay to play we can then distribute the money to where the costs have been incurred. These are a guide only. You simply pay what you want, that’s your choice. At the end of the day a ticket is a ticket and we won’t be overlaying your choices with any kind of qualifying criterion. Oh we have set an upper and lower limit. If you try and pay any less than ten dollars and any more than one million dollars our system won’t accept it.
The ballpark fee: $50
If everyone was to pay this it would be about right. We’re assuming some will pay less and some more and in the end it’ll be about right.
The more: $70
Some people can afford the more due to having some more financial freedom and this is a nice way to exercise that freedom. This is the ticket that allows us the flexibility of the cheaper tickets.
Not much: $10
Let’s face it sometimes we are legitimately hard up and that shouldn’t preclude access to great times worth having. If that’s you this time then this ticket is for you. There are other ways to contribute and we can always use an extra hand around the site.
The bit part: $30
This is for two purposes, it kind of stands in for a concession price and also for a one day only price. ie. if you’re financially restricted but have some income then maybe the concession price is good for you. And also if you’re coming for one day of the party only.
